Whether you are visiting Törmälän Tila – Törmälä Estate for business or pleasure, we offer a variety of dining, meeting, and conference spaces, accommodations, cabins, and rooms.

Our estate features a sauna facility for parties and groups and on-site accommodations for 50 guests spread around the property.

Päärakennus – The Main House

• The main building of the Törmälä Estate
• Dining and banquet rooms for 70 people

Väentupa – The Estate House

• The Maijansali – Maija’s Hall is a banquet room for 80-110 people, a conference space with meeting technology
• 9 rooms (one room wheelchair accessible), in total 29 beds.
• Wheelchair accessible toilet

Kesäpatio – The Patio

• Fully covered party area for 120 people (summertime use only)
• Stand

Saunatalo – The Sauna House

• Near the Siikajoki River, the Sauna House has 3 different saunas including an outdoor hot tub and the Saunapirtti, an ambient lounge area.
• A sauna with a wood-burning stove (for 12 people) and a dressing room
• A sauna with an electric stove (for 8 people) and dressing room
• A sauna with a wood-burning stove (for 4 people), dressing room, and fireplace room (summertime use only)
• A wood-heated hot tub (for 8 people)
• A Lapland hut (for 20 people)

Cabins

• 4 cozy cabins, 2 closer to the river bank, 2 closer to the main house
• The cabins feature beds for 4-5 people, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a microwave, and 1 bathroom with a shower. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge.
